Admission to classes is subject to receipt of full payment of fees.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

• Cancellations received by Swiss Business Development Academy in writing three (3) weeks prior to the course commencement will be entitled to a full refund less 30% to cover administrative costs.  No refunds will be granted thereafter.
• Substitutions of participants are acceptable at anytime.
• If there are insufficient registrants for a specific program three (3) calendar weeks prior to the commencement of the course, Swiss Business Development Academy may elect to defer or cancel the programme. A full refund will be made.
• Swiss Business Development Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to the course if payment has not been received prior to the start of the program.

Insurance and Liability

• Overseas participants are recommended to obtain adequate insurance cover travel, health and accidents before departure from their home countries.
• Swiss Business Development Academy shall not accept any responsibility for last minute cancellation of trainer which is beyond its control, for example illness; delays or cancellations in air or ground transport, personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to private property belonging to the course participants and accompanying persons.
